Received this month, June billing stating my monthly is $**.** without notice whereas my monthly has always been $**.** I as a senior on fixed income, social security and actually don't watch tv a lot but needed internet for my teenage granddaughter for school homework purposes and can't afford the increase when I called and spoke to agent was told my bill will increase again in *-* months I believe also there have been problems with internet connection as well as cable box and connection since I got this service this week I have called * times last week * time any given week or day problems mostly with internet because internet and cable box keeps going out I am about to call when finished with this contact because it was back on yesterday and now off so explain how there's an increase for service that's not fully provided and as stated I can't afford the increases that are being applied to my account and since school is out I suppose I will do without and try to get internet service elsewhere for my granddaughter once it begins again thank you for your assistance in this matter
