I am trying to set up My T-Mobile account.**I started to set it up, but it flipped to next page and asked for confirmation number or verification. **I tried to go back to fix it, but got error page that said I had to call customer service.**I called, but got put on hold and lost the woman.**I am very frustrated with this service and haven't even had it for a full day! I talk to customer service and no one knows what is going on!**I had to spend almost $*** on a new phone when I was told by * different ppl (first woman was named Ashley and the * others on customer service I can't remember their names) that I could use my unlocked Samsung Galaxy * edge phone from Sprint (I was transferring over from Sprint to a Pre-paid account). Got SIM card, followed directions, but would not work. Called customer service and talked to more than ** different representatives, spent more than * hours on hold, and no one could help. Finally broke down and went to store, and the man said I couldn't transfer my phone over because "Sprint phones never work with other services, even if they do unlock it." That's why I had to buy $*** phone. I also need help setting up My T-Mobile account.

GetHuman-jsprice did not yet indicate what T-Mobile should do to make this right.
