I was in the hospital and just got out. I did not pay my account of **.**. However, I have just paid it today ******** in the amount of **.**. You have suspended my account for air time only. You gave me a pin I know nothing about because I always pay by walking into a location. I do not know of any pin they stated that customer care gave me this pin that I know nothing about. I is crazy that none of your customer rep. know how to handle this situation. I was passed to ten people who know nothing plus several supervisors. Each told me the store should have called them to verify my pin. I am a ** year old person why would you run me around like this still my problem has not been resolved. This is the worst service I have ever seen or encounter in my life stupid people have taken over and it is terrible. Customer rep. Mr. Brianna stated I can help however, transferred me to another and another. Call back ***********Terrible service at T-Mobile
