Help with my T-Mobile issue

i want to know why the T-Mobile application for name and I.D. keeps telling me who is texting me after i have disabled and aldo not given permission to use any T-Mobile applicationd or Google applications. at least Google fose not keep trying to force their applications use on me. i would think after disabling everything in my settings do that any and all applications for T-Mobile should not be given me the name & I.D. service of who just sent me a text. ???? really want to know? i also want to kmow that even after shutting these things off on my phone if that even matters. because if that application is going to keep working aftet shuting it down why are there thosr options in my phone? i do not like the invasive aspects of of many applications do that is why i ask. please answer*i have turned everything to the off position and di not consent to use of my camera or microphone or anything eles on MY PHONE not for T-Mobile or Google to have assess to my phone. it kinda seams like the companies do not care how i feel about this. i will let you know it bothers me extremely badly. i find it completely rude and invasive and it not ok in any way. i did ask one T-Mobile guy at tje store why these applications will still keep on doing whatever they want. his answer is this how our world is now, sorry. seriously there has to be a better and acceptable answer to my questions. thanks i look forward to your reply. if you reply.
