Hello, in October, we ordered chocolate brown couches that we eagerly awaited for two months. Upon arrival, we were disappointed to find pearl white couches instead. After contacting the company, we scheduled a meeting with the manager and staff to discuss the issue. They agreed to deliver the correct smaller couches within two weeks and allowed us to keep the incorrect ones temporarily at no cost. However, after the two weeks passed, we received a bill for the unwanted couches instead of the correct ones. As a result, we have decided to cancel our order and close our account with Synchrony Home. We would appreciate it if the incorrect couches could be picked up promptly. Thank you.

I received an email about my upcoming bill and called regarding a recent payment. The representative I spoke to mistakenly insisted I had a negative balance of $17. I inquired about my next payment date but he seemed distracted while I could hear him in the background. Eventually, he mentioned sending me a check, which was not what I needed. Unable to access my account online due to quarantine, I am concerned about potential delays in payment. I also have another urgent matter to discuss. I hope to speak with a representative directly rather than through overseas call centers, as the current phone support has been unhelpful. My Amazon Prime card is through Synchrony Bank. On January 4th, we purchased a Ryzen CPU for $[redacted].67. Unfortunately, Amazon informed us that the CPU was lost in shipment. Despite numerous calls to both Amazon and Synchrony, and waiting for a refund, I eventually had to open a dispute with Synchrony. While Amazon claims they refunded the money to Synchrony last month, Synchrony insists they have not received it. This has led to me being unable to pay off my full monthly statement until this issue is resolved. Amazon has provided a refund ID to Synchrony as proof of payment, but the charge remains on my account.

I faced medical costs and supported my elderly parents, incurring significant expenses. Despite efforts, my income was limited to retirement funds, and I depleted most savings. I engaged Timberline Financial LLC to avoid bankruptcy, but faced issues with timely creditor payments. While I settled accounts with some creditors, challenges remain with Synchrony Bank for Walmart, Sam's Club, and PayPal. I have a PayPal Credit account managed by Synchrony Bank. I contested two transactions from [redacted] with no satisfactory resolution from PayPal. In February [redacted], I ordered Morgan Silver Dollars and received fake coins. The second transaction in July [redacted] was for lawn chairs that I never received. I am seeking refunds for both transactions and will close my PayPal Credit account once this is resolved. I cannot support a company that allows fraud by Chinese vendors and fails to protect customers. PayPal's Buyer Protection plan is ineffective. Synchrony should reconsider its association with PayPal. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].95 be credited to my PayPal Credit account.

I filed for bankruptcy a few months ago and left out my Synchrony Bank account because it had a zero balance for months and was always in good standing with no late payments. However, after being notified of my bankruptcy filing, Synchrony Bank promptly closed my account. I recently tried to apply for a new credit card to improve my credit but was denied due to "Prior unsatisfactory obligation with Synchrony Bank," which is inaccurate. I would appreciate honesty if Synchrony Bank didn't want me as a customer due to the bankruptcy stigma, rather than falsely labeling me as unsatisfactory. Thank you for your supposed efforts to assist me in rebuilding my credit.

The Better Business Bureau of Greater Kansas City's form is difficult to fill out. They didn't accept the customer service email I provided. Please share an email address so I can complete the form regarding you. Afterwards, I will submit a complaint to ftc.gov for assistance. I closed my MMA with Synchrony on 3/24/21, you transferred funds to Central Bank with a final payment of .44 cents a few days later. However, on April 6, [redacted], you withdrew $[redacted]. I've contacted your Bank to return the amount as my account is closed. It feels like harassment with conflicting messages about my account status. I haven't reopened my account with you. Please refund the $[redacted] taken on April 6, [redacted], and cease the harassment. I am 87 years old, living below the poverty level, just seeking peace.

Hello, I opened a credit card with Gap before leaving the US. I tried to contact customer service before my flight, but I was unable to make a payment as the account wasn't activated. Due to COVID-19, I lost my job, couldn't return to the US, and faced numerous challenges, including health issues. Recently, I received my stimulus payment and discovered my credit card balance had increased significantly. I've tried to reach out for assistance but haven't received a response. I would like to address the customer service for my account, which was described as a shared account. It is important to have representatives who speak proper English and show respect to customers, regardless of their location. Recently, my Credit Score App alerted me that my Care Credit Account was impacted by the primary account holder's credit score without any prior notification. When I contacted the Customer Service Representative regarding payment responsibilities, they seemed unaware of the issue and behaved unprofessionally. Despite explaining that the co-signer should be pursued if notifications were not received, I was not informed about the situation. The representative continuously repeated themselves without listening to my concerns or comments. I am uncertain if Synchrony Bank is based in the United States, as all my interactions have not been with American representatives.

I was expecting a refund of $[redacted] for my Prime membership as my account was closed, along with a $19.99 purchase refund on the same day, as confirmed in an email. Despite this, I have not received either refund. Recently, I noticed that I am being charged for shipping on purchases, even though I have not canceled my Prime membership. I am looking for a way to pay my monthly Amazon card bill online. I used to pay through Amazon's "Manage at Synchrony Bank" button, but after switching my account from "Personal" to "Business", the link no longer works. I recently discovered an erroneous collection account listed on my credit report under JC Penney.
