The bank refuses to settle a claim started on December **,****. the following is a list of actions taken by me without any results:*Synchrony Bank Documentation ******************** - Charge $*,***.**, Transaction Code *********KJ*ELGPJ to Bedi Management Company for a down payment for a trip to Antarctica with One Ocean Expeditions commencing on December **, ****.*********** – Received notification that the trip had been canceled by One Ocean Expeditions as they were in financial default.*********** – Applied for a refund from MasterCard for the down payment amount of $*,***.** via a telephone call to MasterCard Customer Service, Insurance Assist at *-***-***-****. I was assigned a Ticket Number ******** and given a new telephone Number *-***-***-**** for the Dispute Department. I was told I would have an answer by *********.*********** - I was told it would now take until February **, **** for resolution.********** I received an email requesting the same information that I had provided to them of **********. I faxed them this information **********. Several days later I received a recorded telephone call informing me that they had received by fax said information.*********** – I received another form letter via email stating that it would take an additional ** days to resolve issue.*********** – I receive another form letter, dated **********, requesting the same information as I had already provided.***********- I provided the same information via fax.*********** – I sent a letter via USPS to Ms. Margaret M. Keane, CEO of Synchrony Bank listing the ongoing issues.*********** – I received an email from a Darcey Segatti West of the Office of the President of Synchrony Bank. Probably this was in response to the first letter to Ms. Margaret M. Keane, CEO of Synchrony Bank. This letter stated the that problem would be resolved within the ** day of the initial request.*********** – I received another form letter requesting the same information previously sent.* ********* – I send another letter to Ms. Margaret M. Keane, CEO of Synchrony Bank, via USPS, listing continuing issues.*********** – I sent fax ** with all of the information that had been sent before.********** – I received a telephone call stating that received my *rd fax.*********** – I sent via email to Darcey Segatti West of the Office of the President of Synchrony Bank, stating that the ** day window passed and nothing had been done.********** – I received an email stating that they were reviewing my claim and that they had opened a claim dispute charge.
