I no longer have a Synchrony charge card due to issues of Synchrony’s continued allowing of unauthorized use of the card, I would have to dispute charges and it was a hassle. I cancelled the card. I am curious as to why I have received a couple of $*.** refunds.

GetHuman-diana_hu did not yet indicate what Synchrony Bank should do to make this right.
