Hello, my account is being closed. I do see that my direct deposit didn't go into the bank BEFORE my payment to you. I had no idea that I owed money or that a payment didn't go through. I am signed up for alerts, I searched my phone for any emails from Synchrony Bank. I got one for my care credit account (which is also current) I do not know why I was not called or in some way contacted for something that happened in January ****. I would gladly make those payments today. II also searched my Gmail account. I have no emails from Synchrony regarding my JC Penny account. I was just shopping there, no one made mention of this issue. I would have made it right. I am trying very hard to keep my payments current on all of my accounts. I'm not sure why I didn't know about this. I'm not sure why I don't have any emails or text messages regarding this terrible event. My husband usually opens the bank mail. He may not have told me, I just don't know. I will do anything to get this account current. I have every intention of paying this account in full and making my payments on time and without issue. I am willing to pay what I owe right now, and sign up for automatic payments if that helps me at all.
