seem to have more scrutiny on our credit card then normal would appreciate speaking with an executive of the bank and discuss. last conversation was with alehandra a manager of the fraud department. it was clear our conversation meant nothing went in one ear and out the other. I did let her know her lack of caring stating she would pass information we discussed on or anything to know our voice was being heard, that I would personally try to escalate to a member of the executive team .
