I am locked out of my account when I try to login online. I do not know my account number and the invoices I receive in the mail dont have my account on them. When I call the hotline I get the automated telephone system, there is no way I can talk to a human representative. My ssn info is also messed up, they have a different number on file from the one that I have as my ssn, I know I gave them the correct info. Please have someone reach out to me on this, phone or email. I just want to make my payments on this loan
