I have been a "Clash of Clans" player and supporter for the past six years. Recently, about two months ago, my account was banned for attempting to change my work email to my personal email without any prior notice. I am very disappointed with how I, as a long-time player, have been treated. It is frustrating to have spent hundreds of dollars and years playing the game only to face this situation. I have reached out to support eight times with no response. I feel compelled to request a refund for all charges made in the game and will not play any Supercell games again unless my account is reinstated.

I urgently need help as my account was hacked three years ago, resulting in changes to the name, spent diamonds, and upgraded town hall to 11. Despite numerous attempts to contact Supercell for assistance, no help was received. I had to stop playing the game due to the incident and only recently returned to playing a week ago. It is essential to review the device records and activities on the account as the hacker significantly damaged my base. The Supercell ID protection proved inadequate at that time, leading to the vulnerability to hacking. Kindly restore my account to its pre-hacked state and ensure it is disconnected from all other devices. I also lost progress after the hacking incident. I need help resolving an issue with Supercell. A while back, I contacted them in-game as my account got locked. They asked for information, but then informed me they couldn't help and left my account locked. In an attempt to recover it, I messaged them again from a different account, only to have that one locked as well. They requested the account creation month and year, which I couldn't recall as it's not displayed anywhere. I provided the year, but now when I try to log into Brawl Stars, it says my account is "BANNED" for 31 days due to "account phishing." I have all the correct login information, but Supercell's actions have led to a ban. I rely on my account for quests and Brawl Pass progression. I am known as "All is Well" in the gaming community, and my ID is #LJ2Q800UC. Unfortunately, my ID was forcefully removed by a player with the ID #LU82YU008, who leads an inactive clan solely for hacking purposes. My clan, God of War, is at level 17 with the ID #8YUJRJVU. The hacker installed their own ID, #Q80J2YL9J, as the leader of my clan. The culprit behind this malicious act is the player with the ID #PC28CU98J, who possesses multiple accounts for hacking. Despite my resistance, the hacker managed to gain control of the clan, ending years of hard work building it. My friend RJ Kevin and I established this clan over six years ago, only to see it taken from us in a matter of seconds due to cheating. This violation goes against the rules set by Supercell, and I am seeking assistance in reclaiming leadership of my clan.

Hello Supercell, I have forgotten my email password and cannot access my account on my new phone. My Supercell ID is linked to this email, and I have been unsuccessful in recovering it. Without access to my email, I am unable to receive the verification code needed for my village. I have been playing Clash of Clans for two years and have reached Town Hall 9. Hello, My name is Ashish, and my player name is Falsifier with the player tag #LPU2GROP2. I have been playing COC for almost 2 years. In March, I had to stop playing for some reasons, but recently, when I tried to log in with my Gmail address, I didn't receive an OTP. It seems my account was being accessed by someone else. After contacting in-game support, I was able to get my account back, but today, I was shocked to see a message stating that my account has been permanently banned for allegedly trying to sell it. I have never attempted to sell my account; I simply enjoy playing the game. It has only been 7 days since I got my account back, and now it's banned again. I am very upset about this. I have also purchased the Ice Queen skin. The ban occurred when I was attempting to change the email address of my other account, Happy Rokk's, with the tag #PLLYYPCV0 and Supercell ID [redacted] This was a misunderstanding as both accounts belong to me. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone and reinstalled Clash of Clans. I've been an avid player for over five years. Upon opening the app, I was prompted to load my existing village. After selecting yes, it requested a verification code that was supposed to be sent to my Game Center email. Unfortunately, I never received this email despite several attempts. When I reached out to support within the game, I provided my village name and town hall level as requested. However, I was unexpectedly banned for 31 days for alleged phishing activity, which I am not familiar with. I kindly ask for assistance in reversing the ban and recovering my account. I think I was banned because I used an offensive slur. In our clan, everyone is an adult, and we often use this kind of language casually as a way to have fun. I don't think anyone was genuinely offended, as we regularly report each other as part of our humor, not thinking it would lead to actual bans. The person who reported me didn't seem truly upset; they admitted they didn't expect me to be banned.

Hello, I have been a Brawl Stars player for almost two years, and I have encountered a frustrating issue I would like to share. While playing on my account, a message popped up saying another device was connecting to my game, and shortly after, I contacted Supercell about this. Unfortunately, within 2 minutes of my report, my account got suspended. I have sent around 15 messages to Supercell providing details as a dedicated player, seeking to have my account reinstated, but I have not received any response in 4 days. What bothers me is how quickly I was banned, yet I have not even received a message regarding help to recover my account. I was misled by someone I trusted into logging into their Supercell ID, but they tricked me into pressing register and now I cannot access my account. They changed my player name to dondevjr4 from xxBossxxLMFAO and joined the clan THE MARATHA #COJ8LU9V. It seems they have scammed others before given the name change to number 4. I'm requesting to ban all of his accounts and possibly recover mine. The Supercell ID email they had me use was [redacted], not my usual [redacted] that I've used for years. Can you delete that Supercell ID so I can regain access with my own email? I'm deeply upset about this situation after years of playing.
