If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.
The issue in GetHuman-boberts's own words
This person who I thought I trusted said he was going to stop playing the game for a while so he told me if i wanted to log into his supercell ID for the mean time. But he got me to instead Press register and he took my account and now i cant get back in it. He changed my player name from xxBossxxLMFAO to dondevjr* and is in the clan THE MARATHA *COJ*LU*V. He changed my name to number * as if this was his fourth time doing this. Can someone please perma ban all his accounts. Is it possible to retain mines back? IF not then just ban that one too. I cant believed this guy scammed me. The supercell ID gmail he told me to use was Y*****@***.com....THIS IS NOT MY GMAIL. The gmail i have been using for over * to * years for this game is *****@***.com. Is there a possible way yah can delete that super-cell id so i can log back in with my gmail. I am so heartbroken. I have been playing for so long. please respond. You have to ban this guy. He is just destroying everything people have been grinding so hard for. Please get back with me this is urgent. Im so depressed rn
