Hello, I previously spoke with the automated system and later with your support team. However, I was surprised to find out that my account has been banned for allegedly attempting account phishing, which I genuinely have no knowledge of. I am simply trying to recover my lost account. Due to not recalling the Google Play link to that account, I created a new account in the game. Upon the advice of my friends, I reached out to support in hopes of retrieving my original account by providing the details I could remember. It seems that providing this information led to my account being banned. I shared the details I could recall, but if any were incorrect, it may be due to the passage of time since I last accessed the account, which was around [redacted] - [redacted] during my college years, before I stopped playing in [redacted]. I would appreciate clarification on this matter as I truly am not engaging in phishing activities. I am willing to provide further details to verify my ownership of the account.

I want to address an issue with my Clash of Clans account. It was banned due to suspicions of selling or buying, which I have never even considered. I have owned this account for over 5 years and never engaged in any such activities. The loss of time and money is distressing, and the lack of assistance from customer support is adding to my frustration. I possess all the necessary evidence to prove my ownership and innocence in this matter. I am willing to provide further proof if required to demonstrate that I am not involved in any illegal account transactions. I am reaching out for help to reverse this ban as I am deeply affected by losing my TH 12 account where I have also purchased gold passes. I need to apologize for the insensitive remarks made by my friend and myself during a recent interaction. Although we were joking, I accept that such behavior is never acceptable. I am troubled by the fact that despite my friend making more inappropriate comments, I am the one facing the consequences. I believe there should be a fair investigation before issuing bans. While I did use inappropriate language, it was meant as a jest, and our exchanges in the global chat revealed it was not meant to offend. I am willing to accept a temporary ban, but the unequal treatment between me and my friend feels unfair. It bothers me that my friend faces no ban while I do. I hope that customer service can review this situation more carefully. I regret my actions and the impact they had. I am having trouble opening the Hay Day app that Supercell provided. It continuously says "waiting" under the app, preventing me from accessing it. I am unable to even delete and reinstall the app. I hope this issue can be resolved soon. I would appreciate it if you could investigate and fix the Hay Day app to determine the cause of this ongoing problem. The iPad on which it is installed is updated to iOS 9.3.

Hello, my Clash of Clans account was stolen. The profile name is ~MâTT€Ø_03~ (tag: #2QV02PYRQ), a level 9 town hall with level [redacted] experience, and I was previously in the clan The Gods. I am connected to this profile through Google Play with the email [redacted] At the time of theft, I was in the Master league with [redacted] trophies and [redacted] war stars won. I have never accessed my village with a Supercell ID. While in the global chat, a user offered me a fully upgraded town hall 10 village, then asked if I had connected to Supercell ID to which I replied no. They instructed me to connect using the email [redacted] and provided me with the access code: [redacted]. Upon doing so, I received a notification that another device was trying to access my village and now I am unable to access it as my account has been stolen. I am desperate to recover my account as I have spent a lot of time building it. Thank you, Matteo.

Hello, I am Alexandre Jackson. I recently tried to log into my Clash of Clans account and discovered that it was banned. I hadn't played the game in over 3 years, but my mother still actively plays and has my home base on her friends list. When I reached out to support, they requested my information and assured me that a support agent would assist me promptly. After waiting for 4 hours until 2:30 am, I received a response, but it wasn't visible unless the app was open. Upon responding to their inquiries, I was informed that they found my account, but subsequent messages went unanswered. To my surprise, when I checked today, my account "Ajay" had been banned for "phishing," which is baffling as the account belongs to me. I am seeking assistance and clarification on this matter. I am seeking assistance to recover my old Clash of Clans account. After a two-year break, I attempted to log in through Game Center on a new iPhone. Sadly, my Game Center account was lost as Apple has transitioned it to be solely connected via Apple ID. Originally, my Game Center account "Rezninja221" was created without an email and predated Apple ID integration when I began playing 6 years ago. Unfortunately, since Apple's changes, it seems inaccessible. The associated Clash of Clans account "Rezninja221" was at town hall 9 with an experience level around [redacted]; it was likely not in any clan after all this time, and the builder base should be at level 5 or 6. Please reach me at [redacted] if there are any possible steps to recover this account.

I have three Clash of Clans accounts linked to Supercell ID, but I made a mistake in connecting the emails to the correct account IDs. For example, when I log in with [redacted], it shows a different village than the one I intended. Hello Supercell, My main account got banned, and instead of recovering my other account, you banned my main one. I am devastated. The email associated with the banned account is "[redacted]" Please, I am kindly requesting that you lift the ban on my account. I was simply trying to recover another account, and now my main account has been banned. I have invested three years in building that account, and it was banned in a minute. I need to claim my rewards from the Gold Pass I purchased, or they will disappear. Additionally, I need to purchase the next season's Gold Pass. I have tried to contact you through various channels, including Gmail, Instagram, your website, and here, but I have not received a response. Please reconsider and lift the ban. I assure you that I am innocent and have done nothing wrong. I plead with you to resolve this matter.

My clan, C3 Clan, has been dedicated to grinding out the battle pass. Members karmello (Lax_itz) and Jacob (mypingpingisbig) joined me, PP_Mouse, in our efforts. Ping informed Lax and me that upon completing the pass, we would receive two legendaries (three if with the pass). Driven by this promise, Lax and I played all night until completion. Disappointment struck when we didn't receive the rewards as expected. Pingping shared screenshots with me to validate his claim of having three legendary chests at the end of his season pass, along with exclusive items not in ours. This inconsistency has left us upset as we expected parity with other games' season passes like Fortnite or PUBG.

Hello team. Today, while chatting globally, someone mentioned giving away their Town Hall 12 ID. I got curious and ended up in a situation where I allowed them access to my account by connecting it to a Supercell ID linked to their email. Now, when I try to log back in, it asks for their Supercell ID, and I can't access my progress. Could someone please assist me? I, DKS, am the account holder linked to Google Play ID [redacted] My Supercell ID, [redacted], was not connected, causing an issue. After encountering the player ISHWAR on global chat, I followed their advice to connect Supercell ID [redacted] Unfortunately, this led to the base being linked to their email, making it impossible for me to login due to verification codes being sent to their email. I need assistance from the team to regain control of my base.

I haven't played the game since [redacted], but recently wanted to get back into it after retrieving my account on Clash Royale. I contacted help support through the bot, received a response, replied, and got bored waiting. I ended up playing on another mode without a Supercell ID. After realizing my reply was too long, I attempted to start over in the support section without the ID to reply faster. Unfortunately, my account was unexpectedly banned for account phishing. Despite being only 15 years old and not fully understanding what the ban means, I believe it was an accident due to waiting too long. Now, I am unable to resolve the issue without help from the company. I hope they can assist me like they did with my Clash Royale account.
