I need assistance with a Clash of Clans account issue. I started by installing the game on my iPhone and attempted to link it to my Google Play account, which was not an option on iPhone. I then created a Supercell ID using my base's associated email, but received a message stating no Supercell ID was linked to the email. I registered a new Supercell ID and checked on my Android device, but found no Supercell ID associated with my account. After logging in on Android with the new Supercell ID, my base was gone, not connected via Supercell ID or Facebook, only Google Play. I no longer see the Google Play sign-in option on my Android device. I have my email and account details for verification. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My account code is #CL2VUPVL. I am reaching out because I attempted to recover an old account by inputting incorrect dates. As a result, the account was banned. It feels unjust as it is my own account. I acknowledge the security measures in place, but I kindly request for the account to be unbanned. I did not anticipate being banned swiftly. I understand the importance of protecting against theft but in this case, I inadvertently got my main account banned while trying to recover the other one. I apologize for any confusion and assure you my intention was not malicious. Please consider unbanning my main account #CL2VUPVL, where I am at level [redacted], Town Hall 9, in Clan Blitzkrieg. Your assistance is greatly appreciated as I value this account highly. I kindly ask for guidance on resolving this matter. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I originally played Clash of Clans on an iPhone 4 and later linked it to an Android device. After wiping my original Android phone and logging into a new one, the game worked fine. However, when I tried to log back into my account later, I encountered issues: my Google Play accounts show no progress, my iPhone 4 with the game is no longer compatible, and my Game Center progress doesn't transfer to a newer iPhone. I have the base level and name from a friend's phone, the Game Center account on my old iPhone 4, and the Google Play email associated with the game. I'm willing to provide any additional information needed. I enjoy your games, I'm almost max level in Clash Royale, and I just want to access my original Clash of Clans account without losing progress or purchases. Please advise on how to proceed.

I haven't accessed my account in nearly two years. I am currently trying to recover it, but two of my phones have been banned. My husband is a clan leader, and I am the only one facing this issue. It is unfair as we engage respectfully in the game and still face this problem. It has been a month with no resolution. Every time I try to address the issue, something else goes wrong. I believe it could be a mistake that needs fixing. Could the bans on the phones be lifted, and my base be released so I can continue playing without any further obstacles?

Hello, I recently lost all my Google Play achievements and unable to access my village after deleting my Google Play games progress. I contacted Google support, but they referred me to Supercell for assistance. However, Supercell's automated support hasn't been helpful, providing instructions on recovering my lost account through Supercell ID or Google Play. Despite following the steps, I haven't been able to retrieve my village. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I tried to regain access to my Clash Royale account where I've spent a lot of time playing and obtained some legendary cards. I had the account on my iPad and iPod, but when switching to a new phone with a different Apple ID, I couldn't retrieve it using my dad's ID. Supercell asked for a receipt as proof of ownership, but I have never made any in-game purchases, so I couldn't provide one. I explained this to the employee as I was mistakenly banned for trying to get back my own account. I simply wish to be unbanned to enjoy playing with my friends again and to access my old account with my legendary cards.

My Boom Beach account with the name Doji (player tag: #GQC2809V) has been compromised. Every time I try to open the app, a pop-up message appears on the loading screen stating that 'another player is accessing this account.' Feeling worried and scared, I created a new Boom Beach account and sought assistance from the in-game support. A representative from the support team explained that my account was hacked, and the hacker was using it for phishing, resulting in a ban on my account, Doji. This news left me upset as I had invested over 5 years in playing Boom Beach, and now all my progress seems to have vanished. I just want my account restored. I am an innocent player and have no knowledge of hacking or phishing to claim a Boom Beach account. Supercell, please assist me! Thank you.

Today, I was banned by Supercell for engaging in phishing activity related to another account. I mistakenly tried to gain access to a low Town Hall * account to acquire a high-level clan. I deeply regret my actions and want to appeal the ban on my account. I assure you that I have understood the seriousness of my mistake and will never misuse my account again. Please consider restoring my account. The account in question was named Ro, with a TH * base, part of the clan called Nate and Sam, had a level * builder hall, and the ID was PYOVLOZPO. The associated email is [redacted], and the account holder is a 14-year-old named Bryson Grover. I sincerely apologize for my behavior and hope to have my account reinstated.

I lost access to my Clash of Clans account when I got a new iPhone and forgot my iCloud details. My username is Setty and I had a level 9 town hall with mostly maxed out walls. My king and queen were not max level but close, and my defenses are mostly maxed except for a few traps and one defense that I never built due to an old update. I may have lost most of my gold and elixir due to inactivity, but I had between 7,[redacted] and 10,[redacted] gems saved up. I also collected Halloween and Christmas items over the years to mark the account's age. I have some maxed troops and spells, but my dark spells and troops need upgrading. I haven't accessed my account for a long time and struggled to find a way to contact support. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am the leader of the Benediximus clan. During a recent war, we experienced a frustrating glitch that prevented our number one player from making crucial attacks to secure our victory. Despite our dedication to the game and our financial investments, this error has left our clan feeling disheartened. We have a screenshot of the "client and server out of sync! reload game" message that appeared during the attacks, and our player's game is up to date. Our clan, currently on a 9-win streak, is now seeking compensation for this issue. We kindly request that the streak be reinstated, the loss removed from our records, or a rematch with the opposing clan be arranged. We believe that rectifying this situation would help restore our faith in the game and uphold the integrity of fair gameplay.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for the past 6 years. Initially, I logged in through Game Center. Later, I linked my Gmail account to a new feature called 'Supercell ID' for my COC village. After a hiatus from the game, I accidentally deleted my Gmail account which was linked to Clash of Clans, causing a setback. To access my village through Supercell ID, I require a verification code from my deleted Gmail account. Rejoining is challenging without this access. My town hall level 9 village is named TRISHALA, and my clan is KANNADIGARU 2. Any assistance in recovering my village would be deeply appreciated. Restoring my Clash of Clans account is essential for me to resume playing. Thank you for your support. Trishala S.

I had an original account that I had progressed far in, but I didn't link it to a Supercell ID. When the game first came out, I wasn't aware that I needed to connect it to an account. I assumed that after downloading the game, it would automatically connect with the same account as my Clash Royale info. However, when I recently tried to connect on Brawl Stars, it made me start over from scratch. Is there any way for me to recover my old account? It was under the name "..." and I had a level 20 Nita, etc. I would really appreciate your assistance in recovering this account. Thank you.

I contacted support in the CoC game and was banned for "account phishing." I found an old account from a previous clan and wanted to recover it, but struggled with the verification questions. Despite my certainty that it was my old account, I don't know how to prove it. Losing access to my old account, as well as being accused of phishing and subsequently losing my new account, has been disheartening. My new account, SpartySnigg2, was banned the day before the season ended, right after I had purchased the pass and filled my season bank. This occurrence on what happened to be my 19th birthday made it an unpleasant start to my day. I am open to any necessary steps to recover my accounts and am eager to demonstrate that I had no intention of stealing anyone's account. I can provide images showing both accounts on my devices, including one displaying the message about my old account (XDkittygurlXD). If it's possible, I would be happy to email these pictures to you. Losing all my progress, time, and money invested in the game has been very disappointing.

I recently bought a $15 Apple Card from Walmart to use for Clash Royale. After winning a tournament, I needed to purchase [redacted] gems for my prizes. I loaded the card onto my iPhone but when I tried to buy the gems, I couldn't get permission from the phone's owner as they didn't receive any notification. Apple informed me it wasn't a card problem. Research showed others facing the same issue, attributing it to a game problem. The Clash Royale item shop has been inaccessible for a day, showing a pending transaction message. I'm unsure how to proceed.

My Clash of Clans account "Gene" was hacked, leading to a ban. Unfortunately, my tablet was stolen by my uncle, complicating things further. I originally intended to use my "Mr. Spangler" account, but it also got banned before I could make any changes. It's frustrating that my attempts to fix my account were misinterpreted as trying to steal someone else's base. Moreover, my "Big Dog" account got banned for allegedly selling/trading, when in reality, I was simply trying to update the email associated with it due to my stolen phone. The thief is still accessing my account through the old email. I feel helpless as support keeps closing my messages, asking for devices the game was played on. Unfortunately, I can't provide this information, as I only play on one device now for the past two weeks.

I have lost access to my old Clash of Clans account due to my email being hacked ([redacted]). My village was saved to that Google Plus account. I started a new village saved to my Apple Game Center. I noticed my account was linked to Facebook from my old one. I tried to recover it using the tool provided, but my backup account for the new village got banned for alleged phishing activity. I am unsure why attempting to regain access to my old account resulted in the ban. I am open to recovering either account as I prefer not to start over. I can provide the email addresses associated with both accounts and the approximate start date of the old account, around two years ago. It was not created on a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime or Samsung Galaxy S8. I appreciate any help in unbanning my account or restoring access to the old one. Thank you, Michael.
