I recently downloaded clash of clans again on my iphone. I wanted to recover my town hall that was level *. That account was made on my iphone *. I contacted the help and support from the app and was messaging back and forth between someone explaining my situation. They were asking questions about the account so they know it wasn’t someone trying to steal the account. So I answered the question the best to my ability. About a day later i got a response asking to answer some of the same questions they asked because I wasn’t clear enough with my response so they specified the questions. So again I answered the best to my ability. The one question I couldn’t give a good answer was the month and year the account was made. I dont remember the specific month and year it was made. i sent the message back answering the questions again. The next day i opened clash of clans to check if they responded and a message popped up on my screen explaining that my account was permanently banned due to multiple attempts of phishing. There was no multiple attempts of phishing i was simply answering the questions trying to recover MY account. Its really frustrating that this happened and i would like to get this resolved as fast as possible. Thank you.
