I have tried to contact your company * times about this matter and I still haven't heard back. I want to know how much money I have spent over the last * plus years on Clash of Clans since the past year I bought gems from a *rd party vendor. So I have negative gems and today I have even more negative gems after I spent over ***.** this week on your deals. I want a refund and if I spent over **,*** dollars on this game and spent over $**** to a *rd party I was banned for a month and still have over ***k in negative gems. I gave your company so much money and for you to * times give me negative gems is insane and it's hard to play without gems. If I was a loyal player and spent **k on a free game I should not get this kind of punishment. I got the ban and still have negative gems.
