Dear supercell my name is Chad and I have been playing your mobel game clash of clans for quite sometime now and I have been frustrated recently with a permanent banned that was enforced on me today June **th ****. This was because I was trying to recover a lost village of mine that was on my iPad which sadly couldn’t keep up with the updates that you guys where making since the iOS was to low. So for awhile I was not able to play. Also I didn’t have a Game Center account or anything that could link the village. So for quite sometime I forgot about the game then came back to it and made a account called Team *. This name was made because at the time I was wanting to be a part of the United States special forces seal team. So I restarted my base from scratch and swallowed a biter pill of coming to the realization that my old village named Chad was gone, and stopped playing clash. Recently however I got back to the game since I got a new phone that’s iOS was higher, and people were telling me that I could get it back so I followed some directions on how to get in contact with people from supercell so I could recover my lost village Chad. I told you guys that my town hall was level * my level was ** my village name was Chad and my clan that I was in was Mowbray. So after waiting a reasonable time I was replayed to. You asked questions about how many gems I had which I got wrong when I made it (year and month) and one other question that I have got wrong and also forgot. So this led to my permanent banned on Team * for phishing an account that was mine, but I got the other questions right. I really hope there is away that you supercell can contact me and help work this out because if not I am sadly not able to play Clash of Clans anymore. I miss my old village that I put countless numbers of hours in as well as the fun moments and I will be glad to answer and questions that you guys have. Again my name is Chad and I am emailing you supercell to help me recover my lost village and sort some things out as well with my band.
