Contact an actual person so they can remove the bogus charges and license plate from being associated with my FDOT registration. ... Being charged tolls for a vehicle and plate that are not mine, on a road I’ve never driven on. Main phone number goes to an inescapable menu maze. Disputes are ignored for months.
They have text all over the invoice saying to call if I have questions. I can’t ask any questions because I can’t reach an actual person. None of the phone menu options are applicable nor useful.
Cancel the incorrect invoices. Remove the license plate DVHJ** from being associated with my name and address with the DMV, because it is not mine.
