The issue in GetHuman-sixs's own words
I forgot to put up my sunpass transponder the first day I was there. I went online and added it effective BACK to when I started the rental. I then opened CASE ********* to ask if the * old charges would come to my account. My case was closed and said all would be okay. Over the weekend, I received an INVOICE from THRIFTY with the * charges and $**.** worth of fees. I have no issue paying the tolls, but I do not think I should have to pay the fees, since I did all I was instructed to do for handeling the missed tolls. I tried to call customer service, but could not find an option to speak to a representative
GetHuman-sixs did not yet indicate what Sunpass should do to make this right.
