Issue is, we have a new internet modem, installed, and wired last night. The modem shows good reception, except with errors. WE ARE RECEIVING NO TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO US!!. We might as well have a coat hanger for a modem. I want this issue looked into, AND REPAIRED BY A PROFESSIONAL TECHNICIAN, THAT SUPPOSEDLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING! OTHERWISE, they can come and get this modem, and I will pay NO BILLS, until this service is UP AND RUNNING* and THE BILL HAD BETTER BE FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT. I Already have a cable I have to BURY in order to save fake charges. JWG...***-***-****
