I used to order the club. After roast beef was not available the subway I went to gave me bacon instead and called it a melt with no significant price change. Now, as of the last couple, of months two or three different subways are not switching roast beef for bacon with no extra expense. They are still calling it a melt but charging me for a ham and turkey with an upcharge for the bacon. I found today that it must depend on each individual subway because I went to a different subway in my area and they are still doing it the way I was originally charged back when roast beef stopped being available, so they put bacon on it and called it a melt with no up charge. I would like to know what is the correct charge and is there a way to get the subways in my area to charge the same? Of course I would prefer no up charge for adding bacon to a sandwich they call a melt. It should be included in the price of the melt not extra cost on the ham and turkey because when using coupons you don't get to count the extra charge as part of the discount with the coupon or at least that is what happened to me* So the price was drastically more expensive than I was expecting especially with using the coupon.
