Just do a simple order online and go home and eat my food ... I ordered two Bogo ** sandwiches online when I arrived at restaurant I was a Norred not knowledge finally a girl name Salyssa Came out of the back and started making two sandwiches she does not know I was a online order I ordered a meatball sandwich she ran out of meatballs and scraped the tub so all the crusty part came out onto the sandwich It was burnt I Nicely asked her will you please take that meatball off my sandwich and replace it with something fresh as for the fresh meatballs were cooking in the microwave she rolled her eyes and said you'll deal with it there's nothing wrong with that I said there is you left it out in the open it's been about five or six minutes already Will you please replace it she continued with a poorly attitude and instead of asking me about my other sandwich a man of color African-American came into the restaurant she greeted with greeted him with a smile and warm hi how can I help you she is a girl of color her self me being White she did not treat me equal because of my race and the quality of my food because of that was poor my sandwiches are cold And on the meatball the meatballs are still half frozen I would like immediate action a suspension without pay or whatever discipline action you could take maybe a written apology would be nice immediate action needs to be taken on her actions please notify me notified of what the action was taken on her just because I am a white guy and she is a girl color does not mean that she can overlook me to help other people of the same race or of different race we are all equal & should i'll be given equal opportunity to have fairly made food and not skipped and ignored because of our race this is about the fourth time that she's had a attitude her and her manager I did not know the managers name . my order time was at *:** PM My name is John G phone number ***-***-**** Date of order ********* it's a Sunday My order number is * : **C*E**D - ** my total was $ **.** for two poorly made sandwiches with not the right portions on them and the meatball was cold and half frozen and she did not give me my chips that came with my meal when I asked if I could get a bag of chips she pointed and said you need to go I said can I please get my chips she said you need to go I asked her for her name and for my receipt has she continued her attitude and rolling her eyes I told her she needs to drop her attitude are Since the last three or four months new staff has took over the line and I do not enjoy going to that sandwich place anymore specially with her attitude I would like to continue to go there when people care about their job that work for subway the food is good but until then the food has been very poorly make with out care . Subway say subway your way . Not with the current staff it's there way or no way . thank you for your time.
Used to come in all the time but stopped cause of the new staff that work there They are very rude and inconsiderate
Discipline action needs to be taken couple of hours or transfer stores if she does not like it there
