The issue in GetHuman-soniaang's own words
I ordered two subways and chips with drink meals on subway app and it charged my account and said that my order went through my order is showing is *FFED*A*C-FA. total was $$**.** . I had $* rewards that was used and code:BOGO** I went to pick up order at store at **** wilma rudolph blvd clarksville TN and they told me my order did not go through. The lady at subway argued with me and had such poor customer service. She said that my order did not go through. I want my money back. I will also give that store a not so good review every day until she is fired. It was so embarrassing I only got to order one subway ( footlong black forest ham) and had to pay doubIe.Also store hours say that location opens at * she said she opens at **. I am highly upset and want my money back from both transactions! ASAP
