I attempted to order a buy one get one free foot-long on my phone and the app or the store only took the order for one sandwich which was taken off my debit card I was forced to buy the sandwich and an order to buy another sandwich and get one free I would’ve ended up having to buy two sandwiches . The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful the sandwich that I did pay for was supposed to be toasted the bread was barely warm and it look like they put half the amount of meat in it I am very disappointed in my experience today with SUBWAY*. I don’t know how to get my money back and I’m not going to order online again if this is the way the app works. Or the emails that I openedAnd made the purchase on. I tried to speak to a human being at your customer service that seems impossible I don’t know what to do to resolve this issue but I’ve never had an experience at one of your stores like this before. I would appreciate some type of response.
