I placed an online order to subway on kauffman avenue in fairborn ohio at *:** or so on Sunday November **th, ****. I pulled up to the drive thru to pick it up. I waited at least ** minutes, so i went in thinking they might have been busy and thought i would just wait in line. I walk in and there is NO ONE in the parking lot or in the lobby! I mean NO ONE. I asked if the drive thru was broken, I received no response. So i asked for my order and went home. Thought things were over and i would just forget it and eat my sandwich. My flat bread was crunchy. I get flatbread all the time and never has it been crunchy. Sorry but i will be going to a different location even if its out of my way. I used the drive thru location because i didnt want to have to get out considering i had a sleeping baby with me and didn't want to wake her up. But i had to.
