I went in after work to the Subway on Rigsby Rd in San Antonio Tx. I ordered a Teriyaki Chicken *in sub. Mind you I travel by bus so I caught the bus home on Castroville Rd. When I sat down to eat my dinner I realized it was a Rotiserie Chicken. I'm * hrs away from there by bus. I called the store to speak to a manager the girl said there was no manager until tomorrow morning and took my name and number. So for my records I ask her her name she said she didn't have to give me her name,so I said well what is the name of the manager that will be calling me and she didn't want to give me that information either. Very poor customer service and I eat subway at least * to* times a week. All I want is for them to replace my order. I'm very upset with the way she handled me.
