I arrived at my appointment five minutes late. Once I reached my stylist door I began consistently knocking and no answer. By now time has passed, I decide to call my stylist and it goes straight to vm. I also messaged her on other social outlets and no reply. ** minutes passed she finally text me back and said she has a ** minute late policy, which is understandable because she’ll usually just charge a late fee. In this case she said she had other things to do and just left and she also took my $***. My hair appointment was never fulfilled and I need my refund
