StudentUniverse's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-zannolim a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I was trying to have the refund for the amount already payed and not to pay for the next flight when we have to go back on the ** August because there was written nothing about the payment of the baggage in your reservation .We're very disappointed about the service. ... We are very happy if you'll give us a refund and the possibility not to pay the next amount for coming back on the ** august.
Because we travel a lot and for us it is the first time that we buy some tickets by our website and the first time that it happen this problem.
