I try multiple time to contact support but got ignored. ... I got a notice from stripe day after first payment, saying is was a unauthorized payment, I contact my first client right away regarding the issue. My client told me it wasn’t him and also double check with his bank. Later confirmed his bank never filed a charge back. So I question back to stripe to provide evidence regarding the unauthorized payment, since my customer and his bank confirm authorized. But stripe kept ignor my email and not providing any such evidence or prove. And refund my first payment on its own without any confirmation or review. I contact stripe multiple time in between and after refund. So far just being ignored.
I lost my client and confuse about my web payment form and my app to accept any future payment, lost money for item and product due to stripe automatic refund payment back to my customer.
I demand stripe resolve this issue, refund the money stripe automatic refunded to client. Pay for any liquidation damage on my end. So far I lost that customer and item sold, and being “pain in the ***” as my customer reviewed my shop. Potential damage still adding but stripe kept ignor my issue.
This is first time and last time I will try use stripe for my payment gateway if this issue not being resolve. And I will tell all my friend and borcast how this is not recommended by me and my team to certain blog and media.
I try contact support over live chat and phone. Magically live chat stop working for me it went striaight to email support. And phone option too. I wonder why stripe won’t allow me to live chat them after they told me I have “unauthorized payment “
