I purchased a new samsung galaxy j* orbit like *?? weeks ago.at * month old it stopped working.I chatted with a tech on here about **-** minutes,no success.I called a week later and they sent me a new simm card last week,it did nothing and still reads no simm card insert simm.I would just like to get a new phone,cant find my receipt but you should be able to see when I activated it.ivce been without a phone for a few weeks.
