I experienced an issue where the internet ran out on my phone prematurely due to the auto-refill date being on the 21st. My son needed to file an important document and attempted to activate the auto-refill ahead of time, resulting in his phone being shut off. Could you kindly restore his phone to working condition? If I were to add a $10 data plan now, would it provide internet access that carries over into January? Please inform me at your earliest convenience. His phone number is [redacted]. I would like to report an incident at the Wal-Mart on Central in Hot Springs, Arkansas regarding an employee who is allegedly hacking Straight Talk services for customers. The employee in question is Jamie L. Martin also known as Dane Scott. I have evidence of her involvement through her own confession. She is reported to be using a Straight Talk phone to admit to misusing her job position. This concerning matter should be investigated by the security team. I am experiencing issues with my phone. Since I got it, I have been unable to download MMS messages. Despite reaching out to support multiple times, the problem persists. Yesterday, after speaking with a representative, my phone stopped working completely. This has caused me to miss work for two days now, which is unacceptable. I urgently need this matter resolved, particularly to regain access to my data and phone functions. If this is not addressed promptly, I may consider switching back to my previous service provider. A few weeks ago, my Moto G6 started giving an error message indicating the cellular network was not available, which prevented me from making calls or sending texts. After a lengthy troubleshooting call with Straight Talk, the issue was temporarily resolved by removing and re-inserting the sim card. However, the problem recurred shortly after. Despite trying this method several times over the following weeks, each time the service would drop faster until it failed completely. Even replacing the sim card holder did not solve the issue. I am wondering if getting a new sim card would fix the problem. Can anyone offer any other suggestions to help? MEID: [redacted][redacted] ICCID: [redacted][redacted]. I have a credit for one free month under my previous married name. However, I am now newly married and have a different last name. I am currently back with Straight Talk and would like to utilize my one-month credit on this phone/account. Due to financial constraints and the holiday season, I am unable to afford this month and would appreciate it if you could apply the credit I have on file to my account. Thank you. I am requesting to cancel my auto-enrollment and Straight Talk service plan. I returned my phone without an authorization number due to dissatisfaction and being locked out of the device without assistance. Despite emailing Straight Talk for the authorization number and not receiving a response, I utilized the packaging label to ship the Samsung Galaxy S7 back to JMW Products in Indiana. I replaced the phone with a new one from Walmart and now have service through Sprint. I had been a Straight Talk customer since October [redacted] and faced service issues in recent months. I need assistance transferring my phone number to my new Straight Talk phone. Initially, I did not have the correct PIN, but now I believe I have it. Unfortunately, I am unable to get the online service to work. When I text "port" to [redacted] as instructed, I receive a message through the app saying, "Sorry, there was a problem processing your request. Please call [redacted]." Is there a way to receive the link without having to make another call? Thank you.

I placed an order with the number [redacted]9. I contacted FedEx as my address was wrong, but they insisted they could deliver it using the address provided. However, the tracking information shows they still do not have my package. I am concerned about the delivery since today is the estimated delivery date. If I do not receive my order, I would like a refund to purchase another Christmas present for my daughter. I have already contacted Straight Talk four times regarding this issue. Despite requesting to speak with a supervisor, I got disconnected each time during the transfer.

I recently purchased a TCL phone as a replacement, but I misplaced my old phone needed to transfer the SIM card. I inserted the new SIM card and initially planned to transfer my old number. However, I opted to change my number. Despite having full 4G LTE service with four bars, my phone still displays my old number ([redacted]). I've been provided with two different new numbers, the latest being [redacted]. It has been three days without phone service, and I am eager to have my phone operational as soon as possible. I'm trying to transfer my phone number to my new Straight Talk phone, but I didn't have the right PIN initially. Now, I think I have the correct PIN, but I'm unable to get the online service to work. I recently tried to activate my phone, but I couldn't proceed due to a security PIN already set on the device. After discussing this with the lady who sold me the phone, she provided me with two different ZIP codes, but she couldn't recall which one was correct. I now need to provide this information so that my phone can be activated. I have an Ibotta $40 SIM card ready to use, but I am unable to do so until this issue is resolved.

I recently purchased a Straight Talk service card on 12/20/19 for my phone. While attempting to switch my service to a new phone that I ordered, I encountered issues. Even though a representative assured me that the new phone was compatible, it did not work when I inserted the SIM card. This resulted in no internet connection. When I tried to switch back to my original phone, I lost phone service altogether. I then purchased a Straight Talk SIM kit, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue. I am in need of assistance to get my phone service working again.

I purchased a SIM kit for my phone that is compatible with Verizon, even though it's from Straight Talk. I was told I could transfer my number from Verizon to Straight Talk. However, after following all the steps and inserting the Verizon compatible SIM card into my phone, all I see is a prompt to enter a network unlock code. I've been without service for three to four days now, even though my service is active. I just want my phone to work, as I haven't been able to use it yet. I hope someone can help me fix this issue promptly.

I recently purchased the TCL A1X from Walmart. Upon setting it up, I completed one system update without any issues. However, later on the same day (December 26th), I was prompted to do another system update. After doing so, the phone displayed a message to either try again or factory reset. Despite attempting to try again, I ultimately had to perform a factory reset on my new phone. I would appreciate it if someone could explain why this happened. I am eager to receive a prompt response regarding this frustrating situation.

On December 26th, I purchased a brand new TCL A1X from Walmart. Along with the phone, I also bought a $45 activation card, an external memory card, and a phone case. After setting up the phone, I was prompted to do a system update. I complied, but later received another update request. I did the second update, but then encountered a message advising me to try again or factory reset the phone. Opting to try again, I attempted the update once more, only to face the same issue. In the end, I had to reset my new phone, just within 12 hours of purchasing it.

I have completed the initial information for the SIM activation plan (keep your own phone). I have an iPhone X from AT&T with model A1901 and IMEI-[redacted][redacted]. I waited for the notification that Straight Talk had switched me and confirmed my AT&T login no longer worked and the old SIM was no longer active. I switched the SIM card, but now I have no bars and get a "call failed" message when trying to make calls or send texts. I can still use the internet. My home address is [redacted] Amherst St, Pittsburgh, PA, [redacted], which was the address AT&T had, but I initially used an Oklahoma address with zip codes possibly [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. Straight Talk mentioned they couldn't assist due to the zip code discrepancy. They offered to update the address, but it would mean a new phone number. I wonder if reinstalling everything with the old address could resolve the issue, or if I need a new SIM card. I am looking for a solution without changing my phone number.

I work in the service industry, and unfortunately, my phone fell into a puddle after someone bumped into me. Initially, the screen broke, but it was still working. Suddenly, the LED screen stopped functioning, and now the phone won't turn on. I am in distress, as I don't want to lose any important data. I rely on my phone for business purposes, especially for networking. I urgently require assistance and another iPhone so I can access my Apple and iCloud accounts.

I recently purchased two phones, an iPhone 6s and a Galaxy J7 Crown from the Straight Talk website along with two $55 unlimited data, text, talk, and 10GB hotspot data plans. I'm quite disappointed with the service I received from Mary, who claimed to be an expert. Despite buying the advertised plan, I am not getting the promised 4G connection. Both phones have weak signals, sometimes just one bar, and the hotspot is not working properly; it keeps searching without connecting. Mary promised to follow up but never did. Frustrated, Norma Woody.

I have a question about phone activation. We recycle phones from Walmart return centers. There have been issues with some Straight Talk phones not being scanned at the register or being deactivated during the return process, preventing activation with Straight Talk. Hello! I purchased two iPhone 6 devices for my 11-year-old twins at a Walmart in Connecticut last Christmas. We used them with Straight Talk prepaid service without any issues until April. Due to a family emergency, we had to move to Costa Rica and the kids haven't been able to use their phones since the last recharge expired. I need help unlocking the devices to be able to use them here. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
