You cut my data off because I "used too much” of the **$ Ultimate UNLIMITED DATA PLAN. I have ** days left on my monthly service in which I paid for unlimited data that I am unable to use data. If you advertise a service as UNLIMITED and you dont actually provide the Unlimited service in which you sell and advertise as UNLIMITED then you are FALSELY ADVERTISING the service. I am disgusted with the way your customer service representatives handled my complaint and told me my only option was to go buy another month of service and pretty much get over it. This has made me very dissatisfied and downright angry. I am seriously reconsidering my choice to continue service with your company especially when I have to go without or Go BUY ANOTHER **$ "UNLIMITED DATA” PHONE CARD, WHICH I ALREADY PAID FOR THE FULL MONTH BUT YOU ARE DENYING ME DATA SERVICE FOR HALF OF THAT MONTH, You mislead your customer with deceptive advertising that the UNLIMITED Data plan would provide the UNLIMITED DATA service as advertised. I am so completely disgusted with the way your customer service and your company has treated me. You are preventing me from using the service I paid for the plan specifically because you advertised it as an unlimited service. I understand you have "terms and conditions" but the definition of Unlimited :not limited* unrestricted* unconfined. Therefore you are directly misleading and defrauding your Customers by selling a service under false pretenses ***-***-****
