I bought a $** service pin card and logged into my account entered the pin and it said successfully added i still had no service however so i contacted your company to see why and was told the phone i was trying to use had been locked and i couldn't use it but i could transfer to ANY other phone. . .so I figured i would just transfer the service to my twin sisters phone since her service is almost out. . .but after jumping through hoops and changing my security settings with a customer service agent i was told i couldn't transfer the service to that phone because it is already active but the original agent i spoke with never stated any stipulations of transfer so now this is wherei stand as a ** yr old that works a small part time job to be able to keep my phone on. . .i either get my $** back or $** service plan is tranfered to my sisters phone so we are not completely out the money. . .or not only will me and my sister switch to a new company but i will tell all my friends and family that use straighttalk about the headache i had to deal with over this matter and none of us will deal with your company anymore. . .so you are looking at losing probably ** customers over this issue which i know to you guys is not a large number but it is when they all tell people so it goes from ** to a couple hundred that switch service providers. . .have a great day!
