I called to state that I was not able to access my voicemail, I kept getting access code not valid. I went through the self help process, which did not work. I explained this to the operator, she gave me the same instructions. She said if that did not work try again. It did not work, so I set up the automated call back, returned ** minutes later. I spoke with an operator, informing him what was happening and my results. He asked for a contact number to call me on that phone to try and assist. I received no phone call, so I called again, decided to hold. I was on hold for ** minutes, still no call from the previous operator on my phone or the additional contact number. I spoke with another operator, went through the same process again, no results. She then transferred me to someone else, he had me entering my entire phone number versus the last four, which my password was changed to by the system. No results, he told me to give it two hours, if if did not work to call again. I told him that was already my fourth call, how would you know if it worked, call again. What kind of customer service is this, at this point I think I was due a courtesy call back on your end to make sure my voicemail was working. I should not have to wait around for at least another thirty minutes for no resolution.
GetHuman-keciaell did not yet indicate what Straight Talk should do to make this right.
