The issue in GetHuman5871729's own words
Play the game. ... Hearts of Iron IV is more complicated than a two hour play limit allows average players to comprehend. I knew the game is complex but logically expected the tutorial to address the complexities. However, the devs fail in that regard. **I played for three hours ONLY and a significant portion of that time was spent reading the Wiki which is in-game. I would like a refund to my wallet so that I can put that money toward games that have decent tutorials if complex. I will be less likely to try new*unfamiliar games on Steam going forward unless refunded. Please help me.
The Wiki is in-game. "Playtime" spent trying to read it.
Refund to Steam wallet.
