Just now, I was scammed by someone with the valve employee badge***I got a message from an account that I had been friends with telling me he had accidentally sent in a ban for duping tf* items, apparently he had bee trying to ban someone else. I was sceptical until I came in contact with someone who has the valve badge and is in the steam group for valve (this is what i was sent as well as I could see from my steam badge his badges) . I thought that this was a legitimate and tried to solve the issue. The staff made me log out, delete my number, change my email and i gave him my password (I know stupid but he seemed legitimate). I was led to believe that since a report came in, that I would be banned from the steam community (vac servers, purchasing, ect) even if there was no evidence for the item duping. I found that my account had not only been self-locked, but I had also received the community ban that I was told I was going to avoid. He then said that he had to verify a purchase in order to get my account back by buying a steam key, I then smelt bull so I went along carefully, he then told me to sign into his alt account on tradeit.gg and make a purchase of a tf* key at this point I was so confused that I was being scammed by a Valve employee but I logged on to see where he was going, the account he wanted me to make a purchase on was the account that had told me he had accidentally sent the ban in. I called him out and he blocked me on discord. What can I do now? I deleted my visa on the account but I still have *k* dollars on this account and it would **** to not have access to it anymore.
