I purchased a card ON *******, with barcode ********************. The code to be entered into the person's wallet was listed on the card as ZEMDJ-XBJCF-H*YMT. THE PERSON WITH THE STEAM WALLET ATTEMPTED TO VALIDATE THE CARD AND HE RECEIVED MESSAGE THAT THE CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN USED. THIS IS THE *RD TIME I HAVE HAD MY FRIENDS HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR CARDS. DUE TO THE NO RETURN POLICIES, I HAVE LOST $*** AS OF THIS TIME. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I CAN'T AFFORD TO KEEP LOSING MONEY TO STEAM PRODUCTS. MY FRIEND HAS NO MONEY, A DEAF AND MUTE DAUGHTER(WITH * YR. OLD CHILD), WHO NEEDS ASSISTANCE. I TRIED TO ASSIST AND MY FRIEND AND I END UP BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. OUR COUNTRY IS IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND IM IN NY. I AND MY FRIEND NEED THIS PROBLEM EXPEDITED ASAP.
