Hello, I have been playing a game on steam called Stay Out, I was really enjoying the game so i spent around £**-** on the game. * days ago they did a update and needed to reboot the server when they did this many people lost items ect, Myself i lost * of the most expensive items in the game. myself and many others have tried to contact support and got no reply and they have said nothing about sorting this issue out they are just active like nothing happened. Its just crazy that a games company can do this to its players but even more so to the people who have spent there real money on the game. **I want to request that someone from steam contacts them or give me a full refund for what i have spent on the game. **I know im asking a lot but the reason i had the most expensive items in the game was due to me spending money.**I really hope you can help me with this issue thanks
