If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

Hello i am i trying to regain access to my sons account. His password and email have been changed. I have replied to your emails and attatched images to prove ownership over the account, and did a search based on the IP address you guys provided me. I do not know why i am getting the run around and noone is actually replying to my messages except to say this is the last time we are responding which does not make sense because i have email you in depth with proof that we own the account and you are not helping us except to send auto replies saying you will not message us again about the issue which makes no sense what so ever. Please check your mail as i have replied to your messages and attached documents.
I have provided proof over the account and would like it reset so that i can either use it or have it not attached to my email so i can create a new account.
