My son and I have been scammed. My son is autistic and vulnerable. He was told that he had hacker by his name, Pwanda tradeit.gg, and who did it. Sl**py. This person said it was an accident and another person could help. Mr.Envision.*He was told that he had an impending ban on his account that would activate in ** hours. He panicked as he thought he would lose all his games and called me to his computer.*I am not tech-savvy but kept asking questions. I asked Mr.Envision if he worked for steam and to prove it. He said he did, after a while sent a copy of his license and that we still had to pay $** to get the ban lifted but it would be refunded. I kept asking why if my son was wrongly accused but he kept saying $**. I asked Eventually, I agreed after checking there was PayPal. He got us to change from talking on the Steam a*c and onto Discord. He then swapped to Loot.farm for payment. I think my son opened this with this person's username and password. $** was paid then he said there was a problem and that only covered **%**** and he would need $** more. He was asked as to why but would answer.*All this time my son was having an almighty autistic meltdown, furious with me that I might lose all his games. Needless to say, it was very difficult to think with this going on and being bombarded online too. I have messed up. I paid.*Then he demanded $***. Told him I didn't have it. Wanted to know what I did for a living, what funds I had left on my PayPal and when I said I was disabled, wanted to know where I got my funds from. Told him I only had £* left so he agreed to take that and then said I needed to buy a Steam gift card. Asking how with no funds he asked when I would have funds. Trying to catch some space, I said Wednesday. He said I could pay on Wednesday then. When asked about the ban in the meantime, he said he'd find a way to extend it. When asked if he was going to refund to the Steam a*c he said no, to the PayPal. Told him it wasn't paid using my PayPal A*c and got no answer.*These users are on my sons Terraria game. One has multiple usernames. We have been robbed I'm sure. Please, can your fraud dept do something about this? I have an autistic son still in meltdown and suffering huge guilt over pressurising me to pay so he didn't lose his games, and I stupidly let the pressure filled situation get the better of me and caved, so paid.
