I am attempting to purchase*"The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition"*from the Steam Store page for The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr using my Steam Wallet's funds. ... I'm trying to purchase a game, but it will not go through. The purchase warns "There seems to be an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance." I have waited far over an hour for this.
You could make this right by manually processing the order for The Elder Scrolls Online - Elsweyr Digital Collector's Edition by using funds from my Steam Wallet.
I've purchased hundreds of games for my library for several years.
Exiting Steam and reopening it, switching between Beta version of Steam and the normal version, buying the thing from another browser, buying it from my phone, buying it in Steam Beta as opposed to the normal store, removing all items from cart, clearing both caches from Steam * Settings * Web Browser... That might be all.
