I purchased rainbow * siege the first of this month. I’ve been playing and having fun. Today I find out the same product or greater is **% less than what I purchase it for. Meaning the product I purchased for $** is now available for $**. I don’t want a refund. I want an upgrade on what I have. The complete edition is on sale right now for $**. That’s what I would like. When I state this in their support I get an automatic response saying I can’t get a refund. That’s not what I’m asking for. I simply want an upgrade on the product I already have based on the price point I should have and would have purchased it for based on this sale.
