The issue in GetHuman-spurkey's own words
Below is the second message I sent Steam. I don't think I am being unreasonable to request a refund for a game that wouldn't play.*** * yrs ago I purchased Far Cry *. I haven't played the game in around * years. I decided on **.**.** to try and play it. It wouldn't run properly through Uplay, something about ownership issues. So I removed the game (the version with ** allotted play hours) completely from my Steam line up. I then RE-PURCHASED the game from Steam on **.**. It wouldnt run even after I purchased it a *nd time and installed it. Again, more ownership issues from the Uplay shell. I need to be refunded for my second purchase of the game. Check the archive of my purchase, I requested a refund immediately after I purchased it, as it wouldn't run. Thanks, Wayne
GetHuman-spurkey did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
