Hello I am the parent of a ** year old boy. My son got a new computer for Christmas. He logged into Steam to play TF*. He has not played for about a year. I spend hundreds of dollars on that game for him. When he logged in he found all his account and his hours played but ALL off his weapons and accessories that I purchased are GONE. My hiusbamd has been emailing Steam back and forth. Of course there is no phone number and not one will offer to call us. Steam will not help us. Their reply is something about that they will see what they can do and get back to us. It is back and forth with no help. My kid wants what we paid for, his items are there somewhere in Steam*TF*. This is so bizarre that there is no real customer service. We looked on the internet and there are many people out there with our same problem. We feel that we are getting ripped off and that Steam is being purposely negligent. They could look up bus account and see all the items he purchased. This is very disappointing and very frustrating! There should be someone we can talk to. It feels like they want us to email back and forth until we give up. This is very poor customer service. His username is dillonrocks***. Can someone PLEASE HELP US???
