I created a steam account for my son in order to play Dota * (login: *****@***.com). Being that my son does not have a cell phone, i used my number. **Now when he wants to go for ranked MMR matchmaking, he got a message that says the phone is in use by another profile and there is a cool down period. ****) Can i change this number to his mother's cell phone* and****) can we waive this cooldown?
