A friend of mine on steam (Gakaru) was recently reported jokingly by one of his friends (Shouto) and either banned or had his account locked. He didn't receive an e-mail or nottice his account was suspended, and his "friend" hasn't responded to any attempt I've given to contact him so far, and as my friend Gakaru is currently in a panic and isn't thinking to e-mail steam about this, I have for him. GetHuman-aaronten did not yet indicate what Steam Software should do to make this right.
