I had a steam account with an old computer and an old email account, neither of which I have access to any longer so I cannot recover my account with the very limited options available to me. I don't recall the original name that I used but I registered my game when I got it and I still have the entire CD box set with the original product key. However, because I am not able to access the old account, nor load the game THAT I PAID FOR onto my new computer and play it as I Have to play thru steam, though steam is highly unavailable and the game community either needs more access, or you need to fire yourselves and let us get someone with an idea of what customer service really is. I at this time if I cannot get assistance with this matter instead of being told by Bethesda to get with you or you telling me to go back to my merchant, when I still have my product key, I haven't stolen anything, which if you could find the account linked to my key you would be able to ask me all my previous billing addresses, or any other way to verify me.
