This issue might not be related to Steam but the specific game settings. If you've already maxed out the volume in-game and it's still not loud enough, it's not something that can be further adjusted within Steam itself. You can try to increase the volume of your device or headphones. Additionally, check in your device's volume mixer to make sure that the game's volume is turned all the way up. If it's already at 100%, the issue may lie within the game's audio design or a technical issue with your audio device. Remember to regulate the sound responsibly to avoid hearing damage.

We're sorry to hear about that. If you cannot fully read your Steam gift card due to damage, unfortunately, there's not much recourse available. Codes are typically printed at the time of manufacture and are not stored so they can't be recovered. This means if they are damaged, Steam Support, as well as retail stores, cannot retrieve the code for you. Always ensure to keep your gift cards in a safe, dry place to avoid situations like this in the future.

Steam does offer mobile functionality, but it's important to note that you can't natively play all Steam games on your iOS phone. Steam has a mobile app called Steam Link that allows you to stream games on your phone over a strong Wi-Fi connection. You need to download the app, pair your device with your PC where the Steam is installed, connect a controller if necessary, and then you can stream games live from your computer. Make sure your PC is on and the game is running on it. However, not all Steam games are compatible with iOS devices due to software limitations.

Unfortunately, if you accidentally scratched off a code from a Steam gift card, we cannot reclaim or retrieve it. They're intended to be scratch-resistant to protect the code before use, but once the code is scratched off, it cannot be recovered. In the future, be very careful when scratching off the panel on the back of your gift card. If you're having issues with a gift card purchased at a retail location, we recommend going back to the retailer for assistance as they may be able to help further.
