Hello,**I am reaching out again because I am unsatisfied with my recent trial of your product. I followed your websites instructions and only played the allowed time of *hrs. **"The updated policy states that "Valve will, upon request via help.steampowered.com, issue a refund for any reason, if the request is made within fourteen days of purchase, and the title has been played for less than two hours... You will be issued a full refund of your purchase within a week of approval.”**There seems to be a glitch on your end. I did not play the *hrs and ** minutes stated on your refusal to refund my money. Do you have the technology to review the activity? Because I can assure you that I logged off in the *hrs. Can you please provide me with this information so i can see the actual activity of the game being played vs. the singed on time? I understand that your system declares i was playing for *hrs but I can assure you I logged off of this account. I would appreciate the actual activity log of the usage otherwise i will have to dispute this action with my credit card. **I am requesting a refund once again under the account Jmpusatri**. If you could be so kind and reconsider after fully reviewing my account maybe in the future I would consider trying your product again. **Thank you.
