I am pissed - I have several games through steam and the system will not log me in!!!!!**User names used: scott***merrill, nanilani, nanilani****, scottmerrill*** (among a couple of other user names) - I have tried changing my pw several times thru the system you have - the system shows the pw has been changed AND I RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION!!! When I go to sign in your ******* system tells me not recognizing my user name nor pw. Why!???? I literally have spent hundreds of dollars with you. d**My question is will you provide some sort of ******* customer service and somehow get me access to my account so I can play the games I purchased, but more importantly to your **** company purchase additional games.**IS THIS ******* POSSIBLE?!!!!! AND how long will this take to get this problem resolved?**Here is my polite voice (and not my pissed off, rude voice), please let me know if this is possible and if you can help me**Thank you......**Scott Merrill
