The issue in GetHuman-minvelez's own words
I have been scammed by one of your members into buying at least $*** in cards. They claim to be the Government giving Grant's to applicants and that STEAM is the only way to retrieve the money. I have never heard of STEAM and so I went ahead and bought one $**, then he asked me to purchase * $** cards because the money being transferred into the cards was a limited amount. He claimed the cards can only accept up to $*,*** each and the grant was for $*,*** so now I have to go purchase another * cards of $**. Then I were to go to the bank after receiving a code that would be text to me once the full amount was transferred into the cards because STEAM is the only loadable card that the Federal Government can transfer money into. Well everytime he pretended to do the transfer * or * cards did not receive the amounts being transferred, so now I had to purchase $** ones because the $** ones were not allowing the transfer for the amount of money I was being granted. There is so much more to this whole scam. This communication between him and I went in from like *pm all the way to like **pm because he kept promising reimbursement on the money I was spending. So well into the evening (mind you he called at around *pm it was now **pm Eastern and since June *th was the last day for me to get my grant, he stayed behind to make good on his promise. So now I'm in Walmart buying another * $** cards and he starts complimenting my voice and decides to pleasure himself, while waiting for the account dept to issue a check since, once again, the money is not transferring completely. I never heard of your company so of course I look you up, sign up for an account to see the balances and find that they were redeemed! I want my money back. Please help me. Please track this person be take legal action. I have all the cards and the numbers you need to track the your STEAM member and possibly take legal action. I am prepared to call the Federal Trade Comission and make an official complaint that your company is being used to scam people, because when I went to Walmart the girl who attended me, mentioned that a guy was in there earlier purchasing a bunch of them, just like I was. Please contact me. Thank you!
